Terms and Conditions BOOKING CONTRACT 1. Riviere Sunset Holidays (RSH) the "Owners' of the property. The letting of which is arranged with the 'Owners'. The 'Client' shall mean any person whose name appears on the booking form. A contract is agreed between the client and (RSH) the 'Owners' on the basis of the details contained in the information pack and the booking conditions when a deposit is paid. RSH will provide written confirmation of the booking. It is the responsibility of the client to check that the written confirmatio is correct. 2. All bookings are from 3pm on the Saturday of arrival to 9am on the day of departure, unless otherwise previously agreed by RSH.
